Scott R. Tischler

Scott Ryan Tischler is sure of three things: he loves to find rare diamonds to create jewelry with, he thrives off of giving to those in need, and he cares about satisfying his customers. Tischler is a Wisconsin based jeweler and diamond hunter. He began working at a jewelry store in 1998 and he quickly became passionate about the creative side of the industry. With a talent for cutting diamonds and designing jewelry, Tischler has easily managed to attract clients from all over the country.

Scott makes frequent trips to Africa to find his diamonds. He loves to be a part of each step of the jewelry making process, and has even mined for diamonds himself. With ethics always being a top priority, Tischler refuses to work with blood diamonds in any way. As a matter of fact, he only works with KPC, or Kimberly Process Certified diamonds, meaning that they have conflict-free origins and that profits made from their sale only support legitimate businesses.

Tischler has a charity for the people of Kroo Bay, a small region of Sierra Leone, in the works. In his many trips abroad, he has visited Kroo Bay on various occasions. He is saddened by the horrible living conditions endured by the people of this slum. He always makes it a priority to purchase bags of rice for the people of the settlement and has even paid for a young girl to attend school for four years. The people of Kroo Bay have inspired Tischler and he hopes to have a charity in full motion by the end of the year. The charity plans to provide safer shelters, healthy food, and clean water to the people of Kroo Bay.

One-of-a-kind jewelry is difficult to find, since larger jewelry stores mass produce certain designs. Tischler makes a point to create unique jewelry for every customer that comes to him. He wants each customer to be involved in the creative process of designing the ring so they can get exactly what they want. Every customer has a story, and Tischler wants to help them tell that story through his art.
